Phineas and Ferb at DTD ONE DAY ONLY

Phineas, Ferb and Agent P made a special appearance at the Once Upon a Toy store at Downtown Disney! Phineas, Ferb,and Agent P appeared for meet and greets from 1:00-6:00pm to mark the opening of Disney Interative and the new Phineas and Ferb video game.

Plans are in the works to bring Phineas and Ferb to DHS in 2011. Today was a special sneak peek at what they will look like.

Rapunzel and Flynn at International Gateway at Epcot

Rapunzel and Flynn made an appearance today at the International Gateway inside Epcot. The Tangled character meet and greet at the Magic Kingdom has been delayed so it appears Rapunzel and Flynn have taken up temporary residence at Epcot. Today Rapunzel and Flynn appeared at 3:20pm. It was a great sneak peek at what is to come at the Magic Kingdom.

Duffy the Bear Debuts at Epcot

Here is the story of Duffy:

One day, Mickey was getting ready to set sail on a long sea voyage. Minnie made Mickey a special teddy bear to take with him so he would never be lonely. Mickey loved the bear and named him Duffy. Mickey and Duffy sailed around the world. They visited all sorts of exciting places and made a lot of friends along the way. Mickey and Duffy took pictures with their new pals and made memories that would last a lifetime. At the end of their voyage Mickey and Duffy sailed back home to share all their magical memories with Minnie.

New Character Outfits at the Big Hat at DHS

Minnie, Donald, Daisy, Goofy, Donald, and Chip and Dale got a makeover at Hollywood Studios! These characters appear at the big hat between 9:00am and 12:00pm. Their new costumes reflect an old hollywood flair. Other characters appearing at the big hat include Winnie the Pooh, Eeyore, Tigger, Piglet, and Stitch. These characters appear in their normal attire.

Duffy the Bear

Duffy the Bear is coming to Epcot. As the story was told today at the passholder event, Minnie Mouse made Duffy the Bear for Mickey before a voyage. Duffy is coming to Epcot from Japan. October 14 will be the first day for meet and greets with Duffy. Duffy's meet and greet area will be located by the new Duffy the Bear store. This store and meet and greet location are located at the entrance of World Showcase towards the Mexico side. Guests will have the opportunity to purchase Duffy the Bear and different outfits for him themed to the different countries in the World Showcase. Duffy will be available for meet and greets and he will have different meet and greet outfits for holidays. They will also be adding a Duffy themed kidcot and Duffy will have his own Facebook page.

For the first time in Disney history, Disney will be offering molded cups and popcorn buckets shaped like Duffy the Bear.
